Isaac “Rice Paddy Daddy” Leong (RPD) is a seasoned food service professional of 33+ years. He has held the title of Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in fine dining restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area as well as Chef/Owner of his own catering company. He has also successfully contributed to the success of numerous other restaurants, food service operations and marketing companies.
As a decades long student and practitioner of the Law of Attraction, RPD has developed a powerful philosophy of mindset and mastery of fundamentals to achieve excellence in both cooking and personal well being. The same rules and mindset that allow you to create phenomenal food also allow you to create a phenomenal life! The recipes that are shared here are also life lessons!
